Introduction

For medspa business owners, providing a personalized virtual consultation experience is key to client satisfaction. VirtuSpa’s software allows you to tailor the potential concerns list to match the services you offer. This article guides you through adding new concerns to your list and removing ones that are no longer relevant.

Adding a New Concern

  1. Navigate to the Concerns Section:

    • Log into your VirtuSpa dashboard.

    • Click on ‘Virtual Model’ and select ‘Concerns’ from the dropdown menu.

  2. Create a New Concern:

    • Click the ‘+ Create Concern’ button, typically found at the top right corner of the Concerns section.

  3. Enter Concern Details:

    • In the dialog that appears, enter the name of the new concern (e.g., ‘Crow’s Feet’).

    • Provide a brief description that will help clients understand the concern (e.g., “Crow’s feet are the fine lines that appear around the eyes, commonly associated with aging skin.”)

  4. Specify Gender (If applicable):

    • If the concern is gender-specific, select the appropriate checkbox(es).

  5. Save the Concern:

    • Click ‘Save’ to add the concern to your list.

Deleting a Concern

  1. Select the Concern:

    • In the Concerns section, find the concern you wish to remove.

    • Click on the concern to open the editing dialog.

  2. Delete the Concern:

    • Click the ‘Delete Concern’ button, usually indicated by a trash bin icon or the word ‘Delete’.

  3. Confirm Deletion:

    • You may be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the concern.

    • Confirm to remove the concern from your list permanently.

Why Customize?

Customizing the list of potential concerns is essential because it:

  • Reflects Your Services: Your list should mirror the treatments and services your medspa provides.

  • Guides the Consultation: A well-defined list helps guide clients through the virtual consultation, ensuring they can express their needs and expectations clearly.

  • Improves Client Experience: Tailored options make clients feel understood and catered to, enhancing their overall experience.

Conclusion

By carefully curating the list of concerns in your VirtuSpa virtual consultation software, you create a more engaging and customized experience for your clients. Adding new concerns keeps your services current and relevant, while deleting outdated ones keeps your consultation process streamlined and efficient. Stay responsive to the evolving needs of your clients and your MedSpa business with VirtuSpa.
